Hello I have a question, tomorrow I will be paid last bill and I would like to end our contact but I would like have Pay As You Go. I want to stay with my Phone number. This is possible?

It's certainly possible

Call customer service and they will send you a PAYG sim with your number and will cancel your contract

Yes its possible, but you will need to call o2 customer services to cancel.

Follow these instructions to get through to an agent:

You need to call 202 from your mobile.
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

Hi,Telford, yes this is possible. You need to get in touch with o2 via 202 ( select lost or stolen, and you will get through to someone ) and they will advise you what you need to do.
