I’m new to O2 and the initial bundle I bought with 15g of data is not enough for me. I’m going to get a larger £30 bundle which will give me 100g but my renewal date isn’t until 12/5. The bolt on’s are expensive so my (long winded) lol question is can I buy a bundle earlier and if so how do I go about it?
Thank you.

You need to contact O2 to see if you can change your anniversary date.

All numbers are in this guide

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
