E-top-up

Hello

I ordered an o2 sim for a pensioner but it didn't come with an E-top up card.

Is there a way to get one as they would struggle with vouchers and they don't have the internet to top-up a second way!!

(They had a bad experience in an o2 shop who was very intent on getting them a contract sim than PAYG and he left without a sim, they don't want to go back in for an E-top up card after troubles)

It's only the shops who stock the E cards now.

Other ways to top up are here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/How-to-Top-Up-PAYG/ba-p/1156408

I know you said they don't want to go back in store but these E Top up cards are quite old now. hence they are only available from selected places. (maybe they have a friend who could go instore for them?)

As I said in my second post, they can try customer services....or look at the link I posted about other ways to top up...

Hi

They feel o2 doesn't want their business after shop trouble so hard to convince them other way.

Maybe try CS.

Sad the shop didn't see him as vulnerable and help him there n then.

Yes I agree, they should not try and foist contracts on the elderly who don't want or need them..

As I said though, a friend or family member could go instore and ask for one for them.

Try CS and see if they can help x

Only in shops.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
