Hi I have just purchased a mobile for my mum from O2 and she would prefer to top up with an E top up card.  How do i get one of these for my mum to use?

@Bells74If your Mum really wants an E Card then @Anonymous's advice is correct. However there are other ways to top up if you keep this guide handy. https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/How-can-I-pay-my-bill-or-Ways-to-pay-guidelines/ba-p/1014090

Scroll down to PAYG.

I must mention though that the first top up for any PAYG mobile MUST be done using a voucher (as you will see in the guide )

You can set up an auto topup in your MyO2 to save all topup hassle.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I doubt you will be able to get an E-Topup card now. The fact that they are no longer included in sim packs means they cannot be supplied to stores. If they do have any they will be old stock so it will be easier to top up via one of the above methods
