Dear O2 community

I was stolen my mobile phone in Vietnam and I asked a friend to contact O2 Team for me since I couldn't make phone calls from Vietnam to UK.
The SIM card was kindly blocked not to be used by the thief ..
When I returned from Vietnam, I called the O2 help number to ask for a duplicate SIM, nobody would answer my call, the automatic voice wouldn't give me the option to talk with an operator. That voice wanted me to say the security answer with no question asked, so I couldn't remember the answer. The second thing would be to put me through with an agent, thing that didn't happen, the call just cut off ....
Now with the Covid-19 issues, I don't know when I will get a duplicate SIM....
I am still paying the big bundles without using them...
Anyone has got any ideas for me?
Thank you!

Hello @MarinaBG
You really need to contact o2 customer services.
Try an early morning 08.00am call. You may get better luck then. Need to be patient as much as you can.
