Hi all,
I’ve just ordered a Big bundle PAYG sim which was the £10 per month 7GB data one, but there is a promotion where I’m supposed to get 14GB data instead. However it’s saying I only have 7GB. Am I missing something?

You need to txt the word DOUBLE to 21500

When I do that I get this response:
O2: Sorry but the keyword you sent hasn't been recognised as one of our current options. Please check the word and try again or call 2425 free.
I guess I’ll have to call customer service and see what they say

I bought same bundle as you still only getting 7gb data as well called customer services said had to text DOUBLE to 2424 but still no double data
