Double Data promotion big bundles

I have the £20 big bundle with double data but the extra data has not been applied. this is the first time i have topped up since october, have i lost the extra data because i did not renew the bundle on time.

That is correct and covered by the T&C's which state you must top up every month to maintain the promotion.
