Im not able to set up call divert on my phone.

when i try the codes tot he website it comes up with an error.

 

what am i going wrong.

 

I`ve tried the following

Divert all calls
  • To activate ** 21 * phone number # SEND

But I get the following error message

Error performing request

unkown error

You need to turn off WiFi calling in your MyO2 first.

There is an option to turn off WiFi and 4g calling in the menus of your MyO2 but as jonsie has said, you may not be able to set a divert on PAYG phones.
