Hi! I spoke to Customer Service again and they said there's absolutely nothing they could do and couldn't reconnect my number or they'd be fined by Ofcom and ultimately shut down as a company...which sounds beyond ridiculous. So that's it-- they said they carried out a forensic investigation (which I was unaware of) and disconnected me as result and didn't have to warn me...all because of perfectly innocent texts sent on behalf of my elderly father (who is still a Vicar) to elderly people shielding in his congregation.

On the face of it, this sounds completely absurd.
