I recently payed off my device plan and wanted my number to be moved on to pay as you go.
I called o2 up 2 times because they didn't manage to migrate my number over to pay as you go first time round.
On monday 14/08/23 i lost connection on my sim card. When i entered the new sim that was supposed to have my old number in didn't work.
When i ring my number it says this number is not recognised.
I called o2 customer service several times and they keep passing me on to a bunch of people who don't help or says they will call me another day.
Some of them even cut the line because they don't know how to help.
I just want my number re connected as i was using notmally just few days ago so it shouldn't be disconnected.
They say the number was disconnected somewhere on transfer but i really need that number as it was the only one i use.
Has anyone been through this or know how to help. I already rang multiple times and they say they need to understand why it was disconnected, no one has been able to help me.
