Getting through to Customer Services has proved unsuccessful but I have a recent

1. Pay-as-you-go &

2. A pay monthly as well.
I would like O2 to disconnect service on pay-as-you-Sim now rather than take SIM out of spare phone & not use in in 3 months of non-use, O2 will disconnect it on it’s own.

is it possible?

@Consumer55

It's easy to disconnect service on PAYG on your own. Just stop all top ups.

However if you want to speak to O2, call them on 4445 or  0344 809 0222.

Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.
