Disconnect my SIM

I thought o2 would be a good SIM to power my old smartphone but I have just seen that wifi calling isn't supported so the show is well and truly stopped - I will have nothing to do with a mobile operator that doesn't offer this.

Luckily I used my credit on a mobile casino and won so now the SIM is redundant and I want it disconnecting before I throw it away.

Can anyone help?

Wifi calling is not supported on PAYG as you have found out.

Make sure you remove any bank details from your MyO2 and turn off auto top up, then just destroy the sim. It will be disconnected after 6 months of inactivity.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
