Didn’t renew my plan

Hi I’ve had money taken out of my bank for a £10 rolling plan on 6/11 but didn’t renew my plan. I don’t have internet and phone call.

You say you don't have Internet?

I assume you must have some contact to get to o2 community 

So you can use o2 social media
