Hi!
my device plan with Virgin Media ended in November 2024, however, o2 are still taking the money for it from my bank. What’s going on? Any help would be great as o2 customer service is not great!!!

Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

If it was your device plan that ended then your airtime payment with O2 would still continue.
The device and airtime were separate

If you are still being charged for the device plan
Then you need to contact Virginmedia if the device plan was originally with them
