Hi @DaisyDukes72

It will be refunded onto your 4th bill. I would call O2 to remind them nearer the date.

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

give it more time for refund to process or give the team a call to discuss this further.

They have credited my account with amount but I would rather have the money in my pocket rather than be in credit with them. O2 seem rather reluctant to part with it.

@DaisyDukes72

Just tell them to transfer it to your bank account.

They cannot refuse.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
