I ordered a pay as you go phone and it says it will arrive today between 8am and 10pm. But I have still received no further information and its saying my parcel number is no valid. Can anyone help me?

Until you receive the email, it hasn't left O2 I'm afraid.

Hopefully you will receive it today but if you haven’t already had a dispatch email then it’s likely out of stock

@reeder There's no point waiting in for a delivery that very likely won't arrive. O2's stock reporting is not live, and is notoriously inaccurate. There's every chance that your phone is out of stock, as said.
If you can, call customer service and cancel the order, then call an O2 store if you have one nearby and check whether your phone is in stock. Alternatively, if you can cancel the order, look online for your phone from another seller. There's every chance you'd find it for less than buying it from O2.
