I have checked the status of my delivery of a new phone and it says the delivery has been delayed and to contact the sender. Can you tell me if this will now be delivered today.

@LesleyG
Hello please can you edit your post and remove your order number and tracking number. This place is a public platform and we have no affiliation with O2
We are only customers here to help each other.
The best thing you can do first is to contact DHL to find out when they are going to deliver because I believe your device is in their hands now since you've received a dispatch email from O2

Also you can call any of the numbers in the article to find out what's going on

Hope this helps

Call o2 customer services.
It is up to them to chase the company delivering.
There are lots of numbers to try in the link below.
Use any option to get through to someone.

@gmarkjis correct. It's not YOUR job to chase up DHL or any other courier @LesleyG

Until you receive the phone, it's O2's job to ensure the delivery is sorted.

They may tell you a different story but they are just passing the buck... as it were.
