Well I’m currently in debt with 02 by £25.52 on my phone which I didn’t know about until all my services was off but then they have the cheek to say to ring a number to pay which I can’t if my services are blocked. So I use my mates phone to try and do it and guess what happens… THEY END THE PHONE ON YOU. I swear whoever actually runs 02 must have serious problems if they cut my phone off or even try to add late payments I’ll consider a lawsuit as I’ve tried 8 times and the phone gets ended every time. I want to pay the debt I owe but it seems like they don’t want me to I need to ring text and use mobile data on a day to day basis hence why I’ve been trying for the last 3 days. If anyone has a solution I’m open to anything at this rate👍
