I cannot delete my card details from my account. Reason being there is nowhere on my account page to do it. This is frustrating as I have a substantial amount of credit on my phone which I cannot make use of because O2 take my payment from the credit when it's due and within a couple of hours then take the payment from my bank. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how can I rectify it? Thanks

@LesleyG

You need  to contact O2 to reset your account. Also if they owe you money, ask for it to be returned to you.
