Hello, I have a One Plus phone that can accomodate two sims. I bought my phone from an o2 shop last year and it came with a pay as you go sim.
I decided to buy a contract sim with another network and keep the pay as you go sim as a back-up.
Unfortunately, I forgot to use the sim (within 6 months I believe?) to keep it from deactivating.
Is there any way to re-activate it? I tried searching for Live Chat (they sorted it last time it happened) but cannot find it. I have the Sim Serial Number (SSN) ready.
Thanks in advance.

Hi @Gavin0101
Sadly, you would need to call O2 to see if it can be reactivated. It may well have been reassigned to a new account though.
Numbers to call are in this guide. Use any or all of them
