I bought £10 data and when I go on the app to see it says 0.00mb left of data I bought new top up but not sure why it still says 0

It may be slow at upating. 

You can call 4445 to double check that the data has been applied

Current Phone: Sony XPeria Pro-I and Motorola Razr 5G
I also have a Planet Computers Gemini

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World
