Usually any promotional allowances are added "virtually" and do not show in your MyO2.

Promotional allowances are used first before your normal allowances.

To double check, you need to call customer service Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Recieved a text promising an added 10g of data as a thank you for topping up. Hasnt arrived?
