SInce I topped up at teh beginning of this month the data useage both on the 02 App and the website no longer shows me how much I have used ie it is unchanged. How can I get this fixed?

Do you have a data promotion?
If so, this will be used first before your normal data and won't show until you use up the promotion.
If not, call customer service on 4445 to reset you account.
