My data does not work in Greece? I have a £20 pound big bundle and my data and data roaming is turned on

Have you tried manually connecting to a different Greek network?

 

Also if you are on an Island near to Turkey make sure you don't connect to a Turkish network 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
