Data and Web data

I am on the £15 Big Bundle. Have just received text telling me Big Bundle data has been used up this month and they’re adding 250mb. A balance check is telling me I have 23659.4 mb of data remaining on my Big Bundle and the 250mb thats been added is showing as ‘web data’. Is there a difference in web data and data??

Don’t understand why the text then telling me I’d used it all if a balance shows 23659.4 mb left in bundle?

No, makes no sense and 250mb won't go far either.......

Just keep an eye on your balance as some data use may be slow to update.
