I topped up my pay as you go sim last night with £10 and my 4g data only worked for 1 hour today and then stopped working. I have a message to say my balance is only 8 pound now and I have unlimited calls and unlimited texts. This isn’t how my sim usually works and I had only bought the top up for the data as I still had call and texts. I would like to be refunded for this if you are not able to get my data working again.
