Hi @Anonymous this is not o2 you are talking to. You will need to either contact customer service or you can pop in to your local o2 shop & they will replace your sim or you can get one from the o2 site then activate it when you receive it

Contact customer services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus or pop into your local o2 store and they will do it for free for you @Anonymous
