I got a message from O2 saying that if I renew my bundle before a certain date then I’ll get £5 extra credit. So I did. Got a message from them that they’ll give it to me in 24 hours but I still haven’t received it. What should I do?
It generally takes 4 to 5 days to appear on your balance.
If it's not showing by then, call 4445 to get them to look into it for you.
