I bought a phone from Bright House and I received £30 free credit. The problem is it won't let me buy a bundle, it said on the form that I put the sim card in, no need to top up and the credit is there to use. Can anyone help please

Call 4444 from the phone - then 1 2 and 1 your balance should be £30 if it isn't go back to Bright House . If it is then call 4445 and ask Customer Services to sort your bundle out.

If on the £30 big bundle your credit will have been taken in exchange for allowances.
