Solved: Credit from Carphone Warehosue

I paid £10 for just a simm card from Carphone Warehouse. Although the invoice shows £10 credit my account shows nil. How do I get it to credit my account?

@Harry3246 It maybe a big bundle sim which the £10 will have been taken in exchange for allowances on calls, texts & data. Call 4445 to check what has happened

Hi, There is nobody to talk to when calling that number it just says on my phone that I have no credit. I dont have a voucher number ( from Carphone ) so cannot use that. Its probably easier to just pay again. I have had enough messing about with O2 already.
