I know this question has been asked before on here but I am wondering how to stop the credit balance notification appearing after every call and text. Previous advice has been to phone customer service and hope that you get through to soembody who knows what they are doing. I tried this but wait times to speak to an agent are very long. Dies anybody know how to get rid of these notifications without waiting to speak to an agent who by all accounts may or may not be able to help?

Thanks

B

@Bh84

The only way is to call 4445 and ask customer service to do it.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
