How do I find out how much credit is available on my Pay as You Go phone? I have registered with My O2 but can't find any info.

The easiest way to check your balance, is by signing into My O2, online or through the app.

Otherwise, you can try one of the following:

  • Press Hotkey 2 on your mobile phone
  • Key *#10# then press the call button
  • Dial 4444 for free from your mobile
