On a PAYG phone do you have to top up every month? So confused. I want to get a PAYG phone but won’t need to top up every month.
Thank you in advance

Hi @Kazzy803

If you get the classic 321 PAYG SIM you can top up whenever you need to.

All calls, texts and data will come from your credit.

The only thing to remember is that you do need to top up at least once every 999 days and make a call or send a text every 180 otherwise o2 will think the sim is inactive and will close it.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
