I got a pac code and switched over to a new provider. I've had another bill but am unable to view it. How can I check what it's for and that my account has definitely been closed?

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
