Classic Tariff Sim - activating after tariff withdrawal

I ordered a Classic Tariff Sim before the tariff was withdrawn but hadn't activated it as I was awaiting an unlock code for the phone it was intended to be used in (which took longer than expected). Can I assume that if I top up the Sim, I will be put on the new tariffs please? Thanks.

You should be OK providing the sim is marked as a classic sim.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
