Classic Pay As You Go sim

I completed the online form requesting a Classic Pay As You Go sim, but the next page does not load to enable me to complete. I'm unable to visit an O2 shop, 200 mile round trip and no stores in my area stock them.

Are they still available online.

Try a different browser if you can as some areas of the O2 website don't work well with all browsers. Also check if you have popup blockers turned on and ensure you allow the O2 website to redirect.

I called o2 customer services for a relative. Call early 08.00 or 08.30 am if you can as you get through quickly, they put one in the post all done quick and easy. O2 classic pay as you go is a great product. Good luck and welcome to the o2 community forum 😁
