Hi all,

My mother in law made a donation to charity a few months ago via txt message. It was an appeal on TV. Since this the charity have taken £4 each month. She cannot remember which charity it was and does not have any of the txt messages they sent her when she first donated. Is there any way of finding out who the charity are and to stop the money being taken from her Pay As You Go balance each month?

Thanks

Hi @CBJBrowne

I think she would be better speaking to customer services by calling 4445.They will be able to give her the details of the charity....

Check the original text confirmation number, eg. where it went to and where it came from. There should be a short code number of 5 digits. There should be contact details
