Charged twice and no proof of purchase

As I mentioned in the title I paid the first time £65 for my upfront cost of my metaquest 3 which went through and then it refreshed and asked again and another £65 was taken out my account. After this I was stuck on a white loading page and no next steps were given. I’m now £130 short and no idea if my purchase has even gone through please help me.

The money is still with your bank as pending payments so don't worry the bank will make the funds available to you again in 5-7 working days

If you are accepted only one payment will be made but it would seem that the order hasn't gone through
