Why when I only put £10 instalments each month as I don’t need anymore than that and always get rollovers has my balance at £9.95 and I have had to add another £10? What have you charged me 5p for?

Most likely data use if you have mobile data turned on.

If you call 4445 customer service will check for you and refund the 5p.
