Currently on a monthly plan but I am looking on moving to pay as you go as I don’t need a year long contract due to moving aboard next year. Can I do this and keep my SIM or will I need a new one? Monthly plan due to run out in June.

You need to call customer services https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Welcome-News/How-to-find-help-amp-contact-O2-A-Guide/m-p/1201413#M2924... as they will need to cancel your contract and change you to PAYG.

They will also send a new sim with your current number on as PAYG requires a different type of sim card.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
