I just changed my tariff to a £10 Data Big Bundle and received a message saying the change would take place on 6th February 2038!!
Is this right or is there a problem with the computer system’s date calculation?
Any guidance would be appreciated.

It will change on your next anniversary date.
The date error has been around for years and never fixed.
