Hi @Elaine4!

Changing from a higher to a lower tariff needs a call to O2, I am afraid - numbers are here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support. Use the Upgrade, Lost/Stolen, or Fraud option to get through, otherwise you'll just be disconnected.

@pgn You should be able to change PAYG Tariff up or down without contacting O2, but you can only change once per month - Maybe that's the problem?
