I am trying to change my O2 tarrif by sms to 21300 but the message isn't sent. I have requested for too many codes to access My O2 but never received the sms. I need to change my tarrif from the beginning of the new cycle on 18/12/24. what can I do now?

Note, @Nassib that the Skype option is free for most of the 0800 free-fone numbers, adding +44 and dropping the leading 0, ie +44-800-.... - calling other numbers using Skype will require you to add funds to your Skype account, should you choose to go that way.
