Changing email

I want to change my email address on the account but the SIM card is data only for an automated gate so I can't access the security texts. How do I do this?

If you can't do it via MY O2 (as I did) then you need to contact O2.

@Gate All o2 sim cards can receive texts so you can put the sim in a phone to get the code.
