Hi @bex17.
If you are switching the payment because you are switching to a different bank, most banks have a "switching service" where they'll do it for you.
That said, if things go wrong and you miss a payment, O2 are usually quick to notify credit reference agencies - so the link @Cleoriff cites above is the best way to be really, really sure.
