I am trying to purchase a new phone on Pay Monthly via O2 online, however I noticed the address stored for me is old and I am trying to change it. I even got a code which gave me access to my details but how to change address was nowhere to be found. Please help

You may need to call 202 and ask customer service to do it for you, but o2 how to help here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/changing-address-in-my-o2
however I don't think it updates in real time - it still has to be checked by customer services.

Hi @AlexBrunel how are you getting on? Did you manage to change the address in the end?
