Changes from 23rd August

Hi, I got a text saying they`ll be changes to the Classic PAYG tafiff from 23/8/18.

I`ve searched online but can`t find any info.

Can someone help please.

They will most likely be changes to special numbers and calling abroad etc. This link shows the pricing changes from last year so expect similar changes https://www.o2.co.uk/pricing/f
Your tariff prices will also be shown in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 but wait for Martin to confirm any new details later.

I just got this text spent ages trawling through the options on 2202 nothing on there waste of time

Mine is not a smartphone and I only received a number to text to - 2022 err I think.

I have two phones, one on big bundles and one non Smartphone on the 321 (basic) tariff. Only the non Smartphone has so far had the text, which refers to changes to standard and out of bundle rates.

It tells you to call 2202, but that number has no information about the changes.

It would be a good idea if the relevant info number was updated BEFORE the texts go out #O2fail

My text just said to phone 2202 but nothing there about it.

Can someone post a link or at least tell us if the Classic tariff is being changed.
