Hi, I got a text saying they`ll be changes to the Classic PAYG tafiff from 23/8/18.
I`ve searched online but can`t find any info.
Can someone help please.

Only change on Classic 321 is that International SMS Will rise from 20p to 25p. That’s it

Yep, shame they just couldn’t put it in the format like I’ve done and told people.
much easier. Hey ho.
From my understanding all International SMS is changing to 25p per SMS, No matter what PAYG tariff your on.
But I’m waiting on clarification for o2PAYG bundles, it’s def correct for 321.
so I can not think it wouldn’t be the same for o2 Bundles

A bit like O2 Ask. We never had anything official on that either....
Oh wait.....there was no need really!!

We were informed by text and again when the app was updated but that is the O2 way. Always left uninformed until we start asking questions and then updated in drips rather than a full announcement with all the changes. I don't understand why there is no link to an announcement on the home page before texts are randomly sent. It's no wonder customers panic.

@jonsie I would agree with you,
A simple link in the SMS, or a simple link on website. Like the home page saying prices are changing for xxxxx.
then people can get the info with our suddenly making calls to customer care, twitter, o2 chat and forum.
Its just the basics regarding communication.
They used to do this but last few times it’s changed. Not sure why.
the Sms does say call the number, but I’ve called it and you have to wait for a while before it’s even mentioned. People will be hanging up as it’s not there straight away and they are thinking that they should be topping up.
o2 could send the sms with a new number, people call it and it’s just for the new changes, very simple process.
