Is there anyway someone from Admin can post the full list of price changes @EmilieT, @Martin-O2 @Marjo

We are just getting info in dribs and drabs and I can't see any updates on the O2 info links?

Interestingly, having called the 2202 number to clarify whether the text allowance was increasing, the bit about the bundle changes (reported upthread) has been removed and replaced with the out-of-bundle and standard call changes message that have already been revealed. So are O2 still configuring the various personal messages on 2202?

While my non-Smartphone with the classic rate has had the text message, my Smartphone with Big Bundles has not, and so I haven't had any link to a webpage outlining the changes.

I'm not surprised at all @michael80

O2 have a habit of making changes and then informing the customer....but the website remains out of date for ages. disappointed

This is the info that o2 Twitter are giving out as well

Hi, we’re increasing allowances on our Big Bundle tariffs & enabling customers to rollover data each month. Customers on existing Pay As You Go Big Bundle tariffs will automatically start to get these new allowances from 23rd August.

It it does say what and there is no link, lots of people on twitter are confused and at first o2 Twitter didn’t even know what the sms was about.

Also lots people saying calling that number makes no difference.

Not really thought out, its a shame, why does it keep happening.  It’s not like you even hiding the fact.

Use iPhone XS Max dual sim, SE, Honor 10, IPad Pro 11, Apple Watch 4 LTE, 100+ Mpbs Barrier and a Record Player.

Another change with little or no info.

We have read from customers here that calling 2202 doesn't work for everyone.

They really should put systems fully in place before announcing change.

This happens far too often.

I know and it doesn’t make business sense.

just be upfront and post the changes,  no one is questioning the prices, just people are asking what is changing.

so it’s more Facts.

another strange thing not to share but tell people.

Ok here you go.

these are the changes from the 23rd August 2018 according to o2 them selves.

£10 Big Bundle. 2GB, 500 Mins, 5000 SMS

£15 Big Bundle, 5GB, 1000 Mins, 5000 SMS

£20 Big Bundle, 8GB, 2000 Mins, 5000 SMS

£25 Big Bundle, 10GB, 3000 Mins, 5000 SMS

£30 Big Bundle, 20GB, 5000 Mins, 5000 SMS

Any unused Data will rollover to the next month as long as the you have credit on the phone and the renewal takes place as normal on the  Aniversary date.

if it’s like how it currently work, if you go up or down tariffs in the month, your data will not roll over. It has to be the same Tarriff you stay on for the data to roll and the tarriff must renew on your aniversary date,

321 Tarriff is staying the same. 👍

*** Notes all International SMS is going up to 25p from 20p per SMS.

hope this helps.

The current Big Bundles ones are currently what is now until the 22ND August

so as you can see, there is a increase on ever Tarriff which is good.

Also all other prices I’ve been told are staying the same. As what thy are now.

but as always things can change so always check first with o2 direct or on the website.
