I recently changed my bundle from £10 a month to £15 and when I topped up it only took £10 and said I had a £10 bundle but then it disappeared it then charged me £2 for using data (because the bundle disappeared) so I had to top up again to get another bundle but didn’t get back any of the credit from the previous £10 bundle it charged me for, I have searched high and low for a number to contact o2 but can’t find anything so have come here instead hoping to find some help. I have all the texts from o2 confirming all these payments and bundles, was just hoping the money would go back into my account so I didn’t have to worry about topping up next month but doesn’t look like this is going to happen. If anyone could help me or give me a free number to call so I can sort this I would be so grateful.
